Job Description
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs
Understanding the requirements as regards the job profile and specifications listed by the organization
Screening and Shortlisting profiles from Job portals, Networking sites, referencing networking, and job hunting.
Conducting in-person rounds of interviews and maintain coordination until candidates are hired.
Focusing on the Quality of Hire across and ensuring all employees are being hired as per the requirement and laid benchmark.
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated and answering queries related to compensation and benefits
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Payroll of Employees, Training and Development, Appraisals
Candidate Profile:
Minimum Graduate
Age : 22-40 yrs
Prefered MBA/PGDM in Sales Marketing
Candidate Should have Good Communication Skills in Telugu and English.
Should have Minimum Experience 1-5 Yrs
Problem Solving ability
Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure.
Capable of handling Onboarding/ Exits & documentation
Having prior expertise in bulk hiring will be an added advantage
Immediate joiners would be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
