Job Summary:
We seek an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading coding institute. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, policies, and programs to support our employees and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. You will be vital in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
● Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
● Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions. ● Conduct reference checks and coordinate employment offers and onboarding processes.
2. Performance Management:
● Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to ensure fair and consistent assessments.
● Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.
● Identify training and development needs, and coordinate relevant programs.
3. Employee Relations:
● Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, resolving conflicts and promoting effective communication.
● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
● Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
● Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits programs.
● Conduct salary analysis and market research to ensure competitiveness.
● Manage payroll processes in collaboration with the finance department.
5. Training and Development:
● Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design relevant programs.
● Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR-related topics.
● Support employee career development initiatives.
6. Compliance and Legal:
● Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. ● Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data protection.
● Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies as necessary.
7. HR Administration:
● Oversee HR administrative tasks such as employee contracts, personnel files, and documentation.
● Manage employee leave and attendance records.
● Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
● Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in a fast-paced organization, preferably in the technology or education sector.
● In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
● Familiarity with applicable labor laws and regulations.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
● Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
● High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
● Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office Suite.
