Responsibilities

 Handling end to end recruitment cycle for all level positions & as per business demands.

 Judge the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & Professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc. before forwarding to the Business.

 Should have exposer in head hunting, networking with candidates

 Liaison & Co-ordinate between the Client and Candidates till the final placement.

 Ability to negotiate salaries, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.

Key Skills and Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in business or management

 Experience minimum 2 year’s experience into Temp recruitment (NON-IT) or Hiring of Sales & marketing executives.

 Should be well versed with job portals and recruitment sites.

 Should have Experience in Temp hiring (preferred for sales & marketing hiring)

 Proficient in social media skills Facebook / LinkedIn etc.

 Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 Strong listening and presentation skills  Self-starter with a proven track record demonstrating strong desire and drive with minimal supervision
