Job Profile:
Understand the requirement laying special focus on Job Description and Job specification.
Screening and short listing resumes for the required position through Job Portals/References/Head Hunting, to match the requirement of the clients.
Discuss the profiles with the candidates.
Independently coordinated between candidates and the Clients of different companies.
Follow up with the candidates who will be joining in the client place.
Take regular feedback from the clients & Candidate.
Maintain MIS of all recruitment related details and credentials of each candidate sourced and interviewed.
Handled profiles for all positions and all industries.
Work on Other HR services (Policies and all) as required
Job Location: Govandi( E ), (Walk able Distance From Station)
Working Days: Mon - Sat (+:30 am to 6 pm), 1st Saturday off
Experience: 1 - 3 Years (Fresher can also apply who is interested to make career in HR)
