HR Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Taking care of end to end recruitment

· Analyzing the job requirement

· Posting the jobs in the portals

· Screening resumes

· Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

· Administering appropriate company assessments

· Performing reference and background checks Coordinating interviews with the head of the Institution

· Following up on the interview process status

· Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

· Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

· Completing timely reports on employment activity

· Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

· Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives

· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment,

· Training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes

· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

· Communicate with public services when necessary

· Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

· Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an HR Recruitment

· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Aptitude in problem-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
