INSURANCE BROKING FIRM LOCATED AT MUMBAI / MARINE LINES is looking for a HR Recruiter
Responsibilities
· Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
· Have to share offer letter to new joinees. Background verification. Induction. Documentation, run what’s app group for employee engagement activities. Celebrating birthday’s, announce employee of the month
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
