Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our organization. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a keen eye for talent. The Recruiter will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent to support the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates:
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Proactively reach out to passive candidates and develop a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
Create and maintain a network of potential candidates for quick and efficient hiring.
Screen and evaluate candidates:
Review resumes, applications, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications and experience.
Conduct phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Administer assessments or coordinate technical interviews, as required, to assess candidates' competency.
Interview coordination and feedback:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Gather feedback from interviewers and communicate the outcomes to candidates.
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Collaborate with hiring managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria.
Seek feedback and continuously improve the recruitment process based on the input from hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data and documentation:
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other tools to manage candidate information, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with data protection and equal opportunity employment laws and regulations.
Generate reports and metrics on hiring progress to provide insights and support decision-making.
Employer branding and talent acquisition strategies:
Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to enhance the company's visibility in the market.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
