1. Manage end-to-end recruitment. 2. Collaborate with HR Manager to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and specifications. 3. Sourcing candidates’s through job portals using ( Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. ) 4. Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and shortlist potential candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 5 Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g., in-person, phone, video) 6. Advertising jobs on careers pages, job board and social media. 7. Collaborate with HR Manager to finalize job offers, negotiate terms, and prepare offer letters. 8. Facilitate the onboarding process, background verification, joining formalities, for new hires and also handle exit formalities ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. +. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively engaging with potential candidates for future opportunities. 10. Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time- to- hire and time-to-fill, etc.) and maintain a proper accurate candidate’s record.
