Job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter and Admin to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts while also assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. Recruitment Duties:
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding materials to new hires.
Administrative Duties:
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and files.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
• Help coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
• Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
