Job overview:
• Managing HR Activities like- Recruitments, Day-to-Day Attendance, Leave Management.
• Coordination with Recruitments agencies.
• Creating Job Description, Advertising on Job Portals and other hiring platforms, conducting interviews and coordinating with the management for ensuring successful hiring.
• Calling the short-listed candidates to know their interest about the job opening.
• Issuing Offer Letter, Employment Contract and Job Description, Completing Joining formalities and documentation.
• Salary Negotiation with shortlisted employees and making them aware of the salary structure and policies the organization is following.
• Enrollment of new joiner’s, Attendance in Biometric machine
• Maintaining database of all Resumes (Selected, Reserved, Rejected, call for interview.
• Responsible for managing Employee Service Files.
• Ensuring timely confirmation of probationers, implementation of increments.
• Monitoring and maintaining the details of attendance & leave records.
• Handling employee first day induction and other joining formalities.
• Updation of details of new joinees, Hiring, generating employee codes.
• Initial verification, documentation.
HR Trainee- Healthcare Industry
