RBC Investments is the premier Private Equity, Venture Capital and Corporate Finance enterprise which funds Last Mile Delivery Companies.RBC Investments is headquartered in Houston, Texas with over 70 employees.RBC Investments is currently seeking a dual Recruiting and Payroll/Benefits Administrator to join its Corporate Human Resources and Payroll Department in a remote work capacity.In our Early Careers team, we are responsible for engaging, hiring, and developing a diverse base of talent.
What you’ll do:
Working as part of our Early Careers Recruiting team your primary role will focus on sourcing and recruiting all entry-level and experienced Delivery Drivers hiring year-round:
Manage end-to-end recruiting process for Delivery Driver career hires year-round including peak hiring seasons and all ad hoc hiring
Act as sourcer for ad hoc hiring utilizing Early Careers resources and tools with a keen focus on developing a diverse talent pipeline
Champion inclusion and belonging, putting it at the heart of the program experience
Develop, promote, and act as an advocate to drive a simplified recruiting process to build a world-class candidate and manager experience
Support relationships with EC attraction channels – campus, vendor, student group, non for profit, etc to ensure robust engagement and healthy candidate pipeline
Support Teams of employees in online Recruiting, via interviews, etc.
Work collaboratively, putting the goals of the team and business first, embodying RBC Investment's Mission, Purpose & Values

Duties:
HR - Recruiting
Identifying candidates and scheduling Interviews
Walking the candidates through the Application, Background check, Drug Testing, DOT Physical and other Onboarding tasks
Following-up with candidate and applicant pool on a regular basis to ensure high conversion ratios
Creating online accounts for email, scheduling, logistics software and other end user software logins for new hires
