The Job
Responsibilities:
• Handling end to end recruitment.
• Understand the Client Requirements.
• Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal like Naukri, Times & Indeed, LinkedIn, Intern Shala also through Reference and Network.
• Searching resumes through internal database, references and external entities like Boolean Search, Mass Mailing, through job boards, Job Posting, LinkedIn Searches.
• Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement.
• Coordinating the interview Drives.
• Sourcing the Candidate based upon educational qualification, Technical Skills, Communication skills and experience.
• Maintaining the Trackers & Reports of the Candidates.
• Creating the Database Skill wise against given Requirements.
The Profile
Skills Required:
• Must have a strong hold over English, Hindi, Bengali.
• Experience- 6 months-2 years
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open Jobs. Work with internal teams and hiring teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
• Must have prior knowledge in maintaining MIS reports.
• Validating CV's according to Job descriptions
• Interview candidates through telephonic interview.
• Providing Company induction to new joiners.
• Advertise job opening on company's career page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Maintaining the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial; assessments, interviews and offers.
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
