Job Description
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates for various job positions with our Clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers looking to start their career in the field of Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to source potential candidates.
Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract qualified applicants.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates regarding their application status.
Address candidates' queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Documentation and Compliance:Prepare and process employment-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and background checks.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information.
Recruitment Coordination:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Coordinate recruitment activities, such as job fairs, campus drives, and assessment centers.
Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment events and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or PUC
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor and high ethical standards.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
