The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to building a strong workforce for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates and recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.
• Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in the IT industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
