Job Opening: Blue Collar Recruiter

Are you a people person with a sharp eye for talent? Hustlehub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven Recruiter to lead blue-collar hiring for our fast-growing operations. From field staff to delivery heroes, you’ll help us build the backbone of Hustlehub!
What You’ll Do:
• Source, screen, and onboard blue-collar candidates (delivery, logistics, field ops, etc.)
• Partner with vendors, agencies, and job platforms to drive volume hiring
• Conduct interviews, manage documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Use data and hiring metrics to improve recruitment efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in high-volume hiring (blue collar preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Energetic, street-smart, and resourceful
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
