Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at Indian Manpower Service in Model Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, and internal databases
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements
Line up candidates for interviews and follow up regularly
Maintain candidate records and prepare recruitment reports
Ensure timely closures of all recruitment mandates
Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or FRESHER
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously
