This hardworking firm is now looking for an HR Recruiter
The Role
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, Screening, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.
• Provide an overall outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding;
• Source Profiles using career websites and social media
• Value Talent Partner to the clients, and maintain client relationships;
• Your job would involve working closely with the HR team and hiring managers of clients on a regular basis
• You should constantly work on the improvement of the hiring process;
• Manage to recruit databases and other HR assets in a structured and timely manner;
• Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods.
Ideal Profile
• You are a Graduate with a specialization in Human Resources preferred in MBA/MSW specializing in HR preferred
• You have an Experience:0- 1-year (2026-2026 Pass Outs only Preferred)
• Freshers can also apply
• You are able to work on critical and emerging skills and should have solid sourcing skills.
• You Should have essential recruitment life cycle experience, and need to support end-to-end hiring activities, planning, sourcing, interview schedules, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills & Good interpersonal skills.
