Recruitment

2. Employee Onboarding and Off Boarding Coordination and documentations.

3. Employee engagement, Attendance tracking, Claim Tracking and handling employee cases.

4. Collecting all Bills from vendors and uploading on Work Drive. Internal coordination for vendor payments.

5. Coordinating with clients for payment follow and TDS certificates.

6. Employee user creation in zoho, app group assignment, signature setup etc.

7. Handle the company chat on websites and common emails and coordiate internally.

Requirements

Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role

Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Basic knowledge of labor legislation

Organizational skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of office policies and procedures

Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular
