Selected Candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening candidate profiles from various job portals and identifying candidates
2. Working on the email blast on various portals at regular intervals for sourcing interested candidates
3. Calling the candidates for face-to-face interviews
4. Working on reminder calls for candidates to ensure they come for interviews at the allotted time
5. Working on daily work reports and weekly MIS reports
6. Assisting with documentation of new joiners in the system
