Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter cum Business Process Coordinator to manage our employee/trainee recruitment - from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates; coordinating and following up the activities in Training & Technical Departments. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS A WORK FROM OFFICE JOB Salary 1200XXXXXX Depending on Relevant Experience Responsibilities: Design and advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards, internally etc..Screen incoming resumes and application forms.Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.Provide short listed qualified candidates to hiring managers.Conducting background checks if required.Drafting recruiting emails.Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board.Coordination and follow up with Trainees and Trainers via calls, emails, WhatsApp etc; with regard to Training activities.Updating the related softwares and maintaining data.Assisting in various activities in the Technical Department.Should have good English communication skillExperience:- 0-2 Years PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR 10TH CERTIFICATE ALSO WITH RESUME
