Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience, preferably from a recruitment agency or consultancy background, who can manage end-to-end recruitment and help us hire the right talent across marketing, creative, and technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates as per role requirements
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback
Manage salary discussions and offer closures
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Requirements
2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency/staffing firm
Experience handling multiple open roles simultaneously
Good knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
