We are looking for HR-Recruiter (IT Recruitment) professionals for Kolkata location!
Candidates have to come to the office premises for the interview (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work)
(Office location: Bengal Eco Intelligent Park, Module 28, 14th Floor, Plot-3, EM Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 7000+1)
· Must have minimum 2 years experience in HR Recruiter (End to End Recruitment)
· Location – Kolkata, Salt Lake (Sector V)
· Shift- Day Shift (Monday to Friday – 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM)
· Notice period – Immediate Joiners
· Qualification- Bachelor’s
Candidates with previous IT profile hiring is required.

Responsibilities:
· Drafting & Posting Job Descriptions on various channels for hiring employee.
· Employment Resource from various portals & Screening Resumes
· Performing phone interviews with candidates (initial) & coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers.
· Assist HR with sorting and scheduling interviews & following up on the Interview Process status.
· Performing Basic Admin Duties Including Printing, Sending Emails, update spreadsheets.
· Basic Knowledge Of Data Entry.
· Knowledge Of Computer Operating Systems, MS-Word & MS-Excel.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Excellent Organizational Skills.
