HR Recruiter (Fresher & Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering:
• Understand client hiring needs by coordinating with client account managers or directly with clients.
• Interpret job descriptions (JD) and determine candidate fit.
• Sourcing Candidates:
• Use job portals, social media, and internal databases to find suitable candidates.
• Conduct headhunting and passive candidate sourcing when required.
• Screening & Shortlisting:
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, interest, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Shortlist and share relevant profiles with clients.
• Interview Coordination:
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback.
• Offer Management:
• Negotiate salaries, manage offer roll-out, and follow up on acceptance and joining.
• Handle counteroffers and candidate dropouts proactively.
• Client Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding open positions, candidate status, and closures.
• Database & Reporting:
• Maintain an updated candidate database.
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as required.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure all hiring processes follow company and client compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus

Experience:
• HR Consultancy: 2 years (Preferred)
