Job Description
1. Source and screen the resumes from various online job portals.
2. Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened and shortlisted candidates.
3. Sharing the candidate's profile with the client company through mails and verbal communication.
4. Taking feedback from the client company once the interview is conducted.
5. Coordinating with the HR Department of Client company for offer generation and documentation.
6. Taking follow ups with the candidate till the joining.
