Requirements
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Candidate Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture and values to potential candidates.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and prepare reports on recruitment activities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and other HR team members to understand the hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to support team goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
