Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
Understand job requirements and hiring needs
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication
Support onboarding and documentation process
Eligibility CriteriaFor Full-Time Role:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Freshers preferred (0–1 year experience can also apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
For Internship:
Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation
Strong interest in HR/recruitment
Willingness to learn and grow
Required Skills
Good communication (verbal & written)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational skills
