Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably within the sports industry or Corporate HR
Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA

Minimum 2-year tenure in the last organization
Average duration with past employers: 2 years
Education: MBA in Human Resources
Travel time to office: Within 30 minutes
Prior HR experience in the sports or fitness industry will be add on
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs
Facilitate onboarding and employee integration
Shortlisting Criteria
Strong personality and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English
