We are looking for HR Recruiter / Sr HR Recruiter / HR Executive for Mumbai location on Aarvi encon payroll
• Experience – Min 2 years to 5 years
• Preferred from oil and gas industry
Job Descriptions: Responsible for the full hiring cycle - Requirement gathering, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling and coordinating for interviews.
Handling recruitment of different levels starting from Junior, Middle and Seniors etc. Effectively using (Naukri.com Shine.com, and monster.com) built up Database, Internet (Portals) and Employee referrals for prospecting.
Pre-offer follow up - Checking candidate availability, Scheduling interviews for the Short-listed Candidates, getting feedback from candidates after the interview.
Post-offer follow up - Regular follow-up with the offered candidates, gauge candidate's interest and motivate till joining.
Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
