Job Description
Experience :5 to 10 years
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress which is 25%.
Hands on SAP Recruitment which is 75%.
Excellent customer coordination experience is required.
Take ownership to company calls.
25% Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
Develop compensation and benefits plans.
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
Requirements and skills:
Excellent communication abilities.
Leadership skills, Team Management.
Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
Good knowledge on SAP Modules
Proven work experience as HR Recruitment who has good network on SAP.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software.
Willing to work from office in Hyderabad. It’s not immediate after couple of months.
MS degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
MBA degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus.
