We are looking for - Recruiter HR - For our Pune Ho -
1 year of experience in Recruitment is compulsory - Only those candidate will apply who are ready to Join immediate.
Job responsibilities are as follows -
•Handling job portals, job advertisements / job postings.
•MIS records execution and implementation via daily monitoring for timely recruitment and onboarding.
•Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
•Host in-house recruitment events if required.
•Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
•Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
•Organize learning, development and engagement programs.
•Verbal & written communication with selected candidates.
•Document collection from selected candidates.
•Maintaining employee related documents, records & information.
•Carryout employee verification.
•Employee Interactions &Feedbacks.
•Work on employee retention.
•Work On back-ups for key positions.
•Source and recruit good candidates by using Company database, social media platforms, job portals etc.
•Post Job Requirements on Social Media & Job Portals.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Recruitment process handling with the ability to work under stressed conditions & meeting deadlines.
•Create & submit daily reports.
