We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding eCommerce company based in Udaipur, dedicated to delivering top-notch products and customer experiences across India. We're now looking to hire a proactive and passionate Human Resources Executive/Manager to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Manage HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
• Foster a positive workplace culture and manage grievance redressal
• Maintain employee records and performance evaluation systems
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 6 month to 2 years of experience in HR, preferably
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced setup
