Position Overview: We are offering a dynamic HR Recruiter Internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in the field. As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will support the sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. The internship is located in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, and offers a stipend of up to 5000.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in conducting reference checks and verifying employment eligibility.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
Contribute to daily job postings to attract potential candidates.
Support recruitment events and job fairs as required.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively screen and assess candidate qualifications.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Note: This job description is for an internship position with a stipend of up to 5000.
