Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Contacting the applicants via calls and emails to get to know them for screening purposes.
Coordinate with HR team and Hiring manager to understand the selection criteria.
Work proactively with candidate sourcing team to get the list of candidates for each position and contact them within 24-48 hours of the receipt of application.
Think creatively to source potential candidates through online channels such as social media, and other professional networks.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Fresher with Bachelors Degree or Final Year of Graduation.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Self-Motivated, Disciplined and Passionate.
Post Internship
Post Successful completion of the internship program, based on the performance, the candidate shall be absorbed into the organization as as a permanent employee in the HR Team at Industry Standards.
