Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition, and work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct initial screenings and basic HR interviews (under supervision)
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist the HR team in daily recruitment-related tasks
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
