Job Description
• Responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions.
• Responsible for communicating with Hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
• Responsible for writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
• Responsible for screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Responsible for arranging telephone video, or in-person interviews.
• Responsible for presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
• Responsible for offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
• Responsible for keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
• Responsible for negotiating with the selected candidates on the Salary.
• Responsible for handling a team of recruiters to carry out the task and meet the deadlines of the team
• Responsible for effective screening and interviewing/evaluation to hire the right candidate as per the requirement.
• Responsible for hiring PAN India but the Onsite location will remain Mohali, Punjab .
Required Skills
• Must have a relevant degree in Human Resource Management.
• Must have a good understanding of technology and technical skills of IT and Non -IT industry.
• Must have a relevant experience in recruitment processes and platforms of 3+ years.
• Must have good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Must have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must have negotiation skills
