Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Interview applicants to define qualifications eligibility for employment.
Contact prospective employers to define needs to explain placement service.
Arrange on-campus interviews between employers graduating students to facilitate placement of graduates
Organizing on & off campus students, seminar’s and Drive in college and Dcodetech premises.
College Visit for Seminar, Workshop, Drives, All College Activities.
Company visit for (Tie-up with company, HR meeting, Recruitment Type)
Coordinate activities of job placement & free/paid internship service for students graduates
Conducting soft skill (interview preparation, GD, HR round) for Dcodetech students.
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and develop placement office procedures.
Qualification:- Graduate/Post graduate- HR/MBA from IT/ Experience in HR Domain/Consultancy experience/ Recruitment Industry
Shift Time:- 10 AM - 07 PM
