Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
Develop a talent pipeline and source top candidates.
Manage IT vendor selection, contracts, and performance.
Collaborate with teams to meet staffing and vendor needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience in recruitment and IT vendor management.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
