We are looking for an HR Recruiter specializing in client support and process who is responsible for managing client relationships and providing effective HR solutions in a consulting firm. They play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will also assist with various HR-related tasks and contribute to the overall success of the consulting firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs, and providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss requirements, update on progress, and address any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with clients to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Perform thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, providing feedback to both clients and candidates.
Recruitment Process Coordination:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and coordination between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and facilitate the selection and offer process.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening activities as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
HR Support and Process:
• Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on HR trends, market conditions, and legal requirements related to recruitment and HR practices.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and alignment with company values and culture.
Reporting and Analytics:
• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in candidate and client records.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
