Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify staffing needs, collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and via video, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and motivation.
Selection: Facilitate the decision-making process, including feedback collection from interviewers, and assist in making job offers.
Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires by guiding them through the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and key metrics.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and gathering feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with 1-4 years in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
An understanding of Jaipur's job market and industry trends is a plus.
