Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur, as an HR Recruiter at Soni International Jewelry Mfg. Co. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting qualified job applicants. They are responsible for hiring staff and executives, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and design and implement a recruiting strategy to ensure timely filling of vacant positions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years as an HR Recruiter or a relevant role
• Proven skills in sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates by using various recruitment tools and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to conduct interviews and work effectively with hiring managers
• Strong negotiation and networking skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software platforms
• Strong understanding of the hiring process and the talent acquisition lifecycle
