Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and attract top talent
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools
• Master's or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to ensure a pipeline of suitable candidates is created
• Must have experience in non-IT and leadership roles hiring,
• Experience in the hiring of Niche positions is a plus
