Job Description: -Manage and organize smooth interviews for candidates. -Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs. -Oversee recruitment and be the main contact for candidates and hiring managers. Improve the recruitment process for efficiency. -Conduct Interviews coordinate with operations teams for recruitment alignment. -Source and expand our candidate pool through online platforms and networking. -Screen and Review resumes and conduct phone screenings. Give helpful feedback to candidates for a positive experience. -Manage onboarding and Guide new hires for a smooth start. Work with HR and teams for a better onboarding experience. -Source business opportunities and engage with clients for potential opportunities. -Collaborate with hiring managers and build strong relationships to understand staffing needs. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field preferred. - Must have a laptop -Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or related field -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Familiarity with blue and grey-collar workforce recruitment processes is a plus
