Key responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Manage performance appraisal processes and provide support for employee development
• Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and programs
• Handle exit interviews and offboarding processes
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Participate in strategic workforce planning and talent management
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve HR processes and initiatives
• Handle immigration and work permit processes for international employees
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
• Experience in implementing and managing performance management systems
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in HR and talent management
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• Strong ethics and integrity in dealing with employee-related matters
• Experience with international HR and multicultural environments is a plus
