About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Screen candidate profiles from various job portals and identify candidates
2. Email blast on various portals at regular intervals for sourcing interested candidates
3. Call the candidates for face-to-face interviews
4. Reminder calls for candidates to ensure they come for interviews at the allotted time
5. Daily work reports and weekly MIS reports
6. Assist with documentation of new joiners in the system
