Our company is looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in HR recruitment will be preferred. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions
Developing job postings, sourcing candidates, and managing candidate databases
Screening and selecting candidates for interviews
Conducting telephonic and virtual interviews with potential candidates
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on hiring procedures and best practices
Managing the payroll process for new hires
Developing and maintaining relationships with job platforms and social media sites to attract potential candidates
Participating in HR related projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
At least 2 years of experience in HR recruitment will be preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience working on job platforms and social media sites
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
