· Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
· Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
· Manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
· Stay at par with current recruiting trends and best practices
Candidate Requirement
· Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience preferred
· Hands on experience with various sourcing portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
