Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter (Lead) to join our Academics Hiring team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, manage end-to-end hiring for high-impact academic roles, and drive results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on hiring for academics roles (Educators, SMEs, etc.)
• Drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure effective use of HRMS (Darwinbox) for tracking and reporting recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build strong pipelines.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using Excel and related tools.
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to junior team members.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely closures.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a lead/team handling role.
• Proven experience in academic or edtech hiring is a must.
• Proficiency in Excel (reporting, dashboards, tracking metrics).
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (preferably Darwinbox).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• High level of motivation, ownership, and a performance-driven mindset.
