Job Title: HR Recruiter (End to End Recruitment)

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This role also involves handling all documentation related to recruitment and onboarding.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding coordination
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment drives
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and documentation
Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and dashboards
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
