Job Description: HR Recruiter
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Preference: Candidates from Mumbai Western Line only
Industry: [Customize: e.g., Cosmetics / FMCG / Manufacturing}
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and formulate hiring strategies.
Source profiles through multiple channels: job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, references, and headhunting.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct preliminary HR rounds to assess candidates' suitability, salary expectations, and notice period.
Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker on a regular basis.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per TAT (Turnaround Time).
Assist in building an employer brand through various hiring activities.
Coordinate with third-party consultants/agencies when required.
Support in campus recruitments, job fairs, and other hiring drives.
Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and compliance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Human Resources or relevant field.
2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in manufacturing, cosmetics, FMCG industries).
Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Only candidates from Mumbai Western Line (Churchgate to Dahisar) preferred.
