As an HR Recruiter Executive at Velox Technologies, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's ambitious goals. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
· Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
· Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
· Partner with department heads and team leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.
· Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall talent management and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
BBA, BCOM, BCA or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technology sector.
Skills Required:
· Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
IT Proficiency skills:-
· Microsoft Office Suite

· Video Conferencing Skills
Working hours - 9:30am to 6:30 pm
Working days - Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
